We've been custom crafting fiber optic art displays since 1996.

Why would I want to shop here?

We are a small company that prides itself in offering the highest quality available. We are not an outlet store. We prefer "quality over quantity". We do not sell "possibly flawed prints". Each order is individually placed and processed to ensure that you receive only the best ones. We want you to be a lifetime customer.

I get a voice mail when I call. What should I do?

Leave us a message. We are in production if we cannot answer the phone. You are important to us, leave a detailed message including a good time to call you. What is a fiber optic art display?

A truly unique city skyline art display that is illuminated with "points of light" traveling in an alluring array of colors across a beautiful panorama. Each is showcased in a handsome modern wood frame or canvas. We believe that we make the best lighted art in the world.

Sounds like a lot of work. Is it?

Each is made to order with fiber optic strands manually cut to length and individually seared over candle flame and hand-woven into the picture. It takes a lot of patience and time to set each strand in its place.

We strive to make you a very unique, quality crafted art showpiece. This is
a once in a life time purchase. People will actually notice this art. We
proudly make these in the USA and you'll be proud to show yours off.

What kind of illumination do you use?

Illuminators are manufactured for our display specifications. We use the same kind of components that most other fiber optic fixtures use. These are plug in units or AA battery operated.

I think I've seen these at the mall. Are they the same?

No. These are fiber optic, not LED bulbs. Our displays are made here in the USA, quality wood is used for frames and stretched canvases. All displays illuminate with multi-color "points of light".

Do you sell unframed prints?

We do sell unframed prints and photographs. Save yourself some time, money
and effort and consider ordering it framed.

Do you sell framed prints?

We do sell framed prints. Colored frames are available. Contact us about
your frame color needs. Sorry, no international shipping.

What if you don't have the print or photograph I want?

We offer 1000's of panoramas to choose from. Let us know what you are looking for and we will gladly help you find that very special print or photograph.

Do you have other size prints or photographs? What about black and white processing?

How do I place a large order?

Do you have a guarantee?

We offer a 30 day return policy, starting from the delivery date for "standard size" fiber optic art displays, unframed and framed prints. If you decide to send it back, call us Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM PST. No "e-mails excuses" will be accepted as a genuine return. Return the item in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will credit your account the original purchase amount less the S/H charge and a 10% service charge fee. Damage to the product while in your possession will nullify this guarantee. Cancellations will be credited the original purchase amount less a 10% service charge fee.

There is a "return and reprint" policy for quality issues only on custom-made canvases, wall murals, large photos and prints.

There is a "no return" policy on metal wall art, ink and watercolor art, and extra-large fiber optic display wall units.

What if I ordered the wrong print?

Call us at 1-877-302-5492. You will need to return it to the vendor. You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling cost. Once your return is received, the vendor will send you the correct one.

Who do you use for shipping?

All items are shipped by UPS, USPS or FedEx. All items shipped International, APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual shipping cost. Contact us for international shipping rates.

How long does it take to get a fiber optic art display?

We average 3-5 weeks for delivery. Holidays will effect delivery time, order early. Custom built in wall units take 6-7 weeks delivery.
