Shipping and Handling

Citiscapes processes orders for Unframed Prints within 24 hours, insuring prompt delivery. This means you can expect to receive your Unframed City Skyline in just 2-5 Business days. Shipping and handling charges of $4.95.

We use UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx for all shipping. Total charge per package is $4.95 in the U.S.A. Delivery prices are subject to UPS / FedEx rate change.

Note: UPS will Not Ship to a P.O. Box - It is against their policy to deliver to Post Office Boxes, so please include a deliverable address for your orders.  thank you

Return Policy

We take pride in offering a huge selection of lighted city skyline art and prints. We strive for your satisfaction and truly appreciate your business. We do offer a return policy.

We offer a 30 day return policy, starting from the delivery date. This should give you enough time to know if you like it or not. If you decide to send it back, call us between 8:00am-5:00pm PST. No "e-mail excuses" will be accepted as a genuine return. Once we receive the returned item, we will credit your account the original product purchase amount less shipping and handling and a 15% re-stocking fee. Damage to the product while in your possession will nullify this guarantee. Note: There is a no return policy on murals, canvases, large photos and custom sized fiber optic displays. Vendors will only do a re-print if needed.
