Shipping and Handling

With the volume of orders we are receiving, allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. Your Citiscape is custom crafted to order. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your purchase, and is based on 30 lbs. dimensional weight - includes packaging and insurance.

We use UPS (United Parcel Service) for all shipping. Each package is insured, with trackable delivery information available. Total charge per package is $38.95 in the U.S.A. Delivery prices are subject to UPS rate change. No International and Military Base shipping offered.

Note: UPS will Not Ship to a P.O. Box - It is against their policy to deliver to Post Office Boxes, so please include a deliverable address for your orders.  thank you

Return Policy

A 30 day return policy, starts from the delivery date. This should give you enough time to know if you like it or not. If you decide to send it back, call us between 8:00am-5:00pm PST. No "e-mail excuses" will be accepted as a genuine return. Once we receive the returned item, we will credit your account the original purchase amount less S/H and credit card fees. Damage to the product while in your possession will nullify this guarantee. Note: There is a no return policy on murals, canvases, large photos or extra large fiber optic displays.
